story

Salvador Nori ran a Spanish restaurant in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture from 2001 to 2016, but he closed all of his stores and moved to this location in Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture.

Although it was a place I had no connection to, I was able to come into contact with the warm-hearted people of Karatsu in the midst of nature.
It has now become a place that I feel like home to.
Although it's about an 80-minute drive from Fukuoka, friends from Fukuoka would occasionally come to visit, and before we knew it, we started gathering together and would even come back here like it was a second home.

In the process, little by little, an idea began to emerge, which was then nurtured and given form.
CASA NOLI SAN
This facility invites people to my home, where I, Salvador Nori, live, and we can enjoy time, space, and meals together in a pension-style setting.

Although it may seem like a different world at first glance, I spend this space and time with many different people.
Relax, retreat and refresh, of course.
Enjoy gourmet food and alcohol,
Activities, experiences, conversations, plans, etc.
It will lead to inspiration and the first step towards discovery for the future.

Why not spend some time here?

About meals

1

Chef's choice dishes

I will be handling the requests myself, so I will generally only accept up to two groups per day.

The food is left to the chef's discretion, and the prices are set as course meals and set menus, including dessert.

2

Paella cooked over a firewood, a dish that makes the most of Karatsu ingredients

The main dishes will be Spanish cuisine such as paella, cooked over a firewood in the authentic Spanish style, which is rare in Japan, as well as barbecue dishes, and dishes incorporating Japanese and Asian elements to make the most of Karatsu's abundant ingredients.

We will inform you of the menu and prices in advance. We may use seasonal ingredients, home-grown vegetables, or freshly caught seafood, so the menu will be very exciting.

If you have any allergies or ingredients you cannot eat, we can make adjustments, so please contact us in advance.
